BridgePrep Academy is a large charter school network who, like many schools in competitive environments, was facing lower-than-planned enrollment.
They had strong recognition in their immediate community, but because of their community’s high mobility, BridgePrep was frequently needing to build awareness of their schools as families moved in and out of their neighborhoods.
In addition to needing to recruit new students, like many other schools, they were also experiencing the consequences of the nationwide teacher shortage and needed support in finding great teachers for their schools.
Solution
BridgePrep implemented digital advertising through SchoolMint’s advertising services to reach prospective parents as well as reach teacher applicants.

In addition to digital ads, the team also quickly created marketing materials and professional designs to support BridgePrep’s marketing initiatives.
From there, SchoolMint was able to sync their ads data with their enrollment management software, SchoolMint Enroll.
Syncing their student recruitment ads with SchoolMint Enroll meant that new parents could seamlessly go from interested to enrolled — AND that BridgePrep can look at a single dashboard (below) inside SchoolMint Enroll to track how their ads are increasing enrollment.
