By the Numbers: A Year in Review

Sometimes the best lessons for the future come from the past. It’s no secret that last school year was filled with many surprises and challenges — but with that came perseverance, new learnings, and many growth opportunities for our educators and students alike.

From adjusting classroom settings to implementing new EdTech solutions, our education systems were pressure tested but managed to evolve and adapt to meet the needs of our students. As we all prepare for our new normal in K-12 education, it’s important to review the last year in full and use those findings to plan for the new year.

Positive classroom culture consists of two focus areas: student behavior and teacher coaching and development.

At SchoolMint, we strive to provide strategic solutions that allow our administrators to do just that. And in order to build Positive Classrooms, you must turn to the data!

Because of this, we’d like to share some insights with you. Below you’ll find all of our partners’ Hero (student behavior accountability) and Whetstone (teacher coaching and development) data points from the 2020–2021 school year — as well as some exciting features to be released in the near future.

We’d like you to join us in a year in review. After all, a positive return to school starts with creating positive classrooms.

How does your data measure up?
