In schools using Opportunity Culture® staffing models, small teaching teams aim to provide every educator with a great coach—the team leader. What can administrators do to support these teacher-leaders in their new coaching roles?

Join us June 27 for a free webinar to learn about three keys to achieving widespread but personalized coaching and a platform to support it.

Special guest Casey Jackson of North Carolina’s Vance County Schools will discuss her previous coaching experience as a team leader and her current role as a district administrator responsible for the success of educators in that role.

“I am eager to share insights from my experiences in both school and district leadership roles, focusing on how supporting coaches with effective tools can enhance teacher development and drive student success,” Jackson says.

She will be joined by Krissy Fisher and Hannah Schuele of SchoolMint, creator of the SchoolMint Grow teacher coaching platform, for a panel facilitated by Ashley Williams of Public Impact®, which founded Opportunity Culture® school staffing models that create small teaching teams led by a proven educator. Like Jackson, Williams previously led a small teaching team in one of the first schools to use these models.

“We love working with districts implementing Opportunity Culture® staffing models,” Fisher and Schuele say. “These districts, like Carlsbad Municipal Schools and Ector County ISD, have educators who are passionate about supporting teachers, which ultimately has a huge impact on student achievement. These innovative partners are making a difference to ensure we all grow!”

Register today for Every Educator Needs a Coach: Three Keys to Get There, June 27 from 3:30–4:30 p.m. ET.
