SchoolMint, a leading provider of K-12 enrollment solutions, has announced the sale of its teacher coaching and professional development platform, SchoolMint Grow, to Level Data. Both companies are part of the BV Investment Partners’ portfolio of education technology companies.
Originally developed as Whetstone Education and acquired by SchoolMint in 2022, SchoolMint Grow is a software platform designed to support instructional coaching, educator development, and performance management. The solution is widely used by schools and districts seeking to improve teaching effectiveness through structured coaching and observation tools.
Level Data, a provider of teacher accreditation and professional development solutions, will take over full ownership and operation of SchoolMint Grow. The acquisition aligns with Level Data’s mission to expand its offerings in the educator support and growth space.
