The Challenge

Located in one of the poorest cities in the nation — with large amounts of crime and violence — Indian Springs High School staff was overwhelmed with negativity and unwanted student behaviors on a daily basis.

Unsatisfied with this being the norm, school administrators desired to make a change in their processes and cultivate a more positive school environment for students to spend their days in.

The staff worked to implement a positive behavior system to transform even their most behaviorally challenged students and implement it school-wide.
