Hannah has been an Account Executive at SchoolMint for the past year, having spent her first 4 years with the organization as a Customer Success Manager for SchoolMint's instructional coaching platform. Her passion & expertise is in helping school districts improve teacher effectiveness, and ultimately student outcomes, by establishing software to make coaching & observation of teachers more efficient and data driven. She has supported the onboarding and ongoing success of the platform at many charter networks and districts across the country, including: Corpus Christi ISD, Spring ISD, Ector ISD, International Leadership of Texas, Denver Public Schools, Syracuse City Schools and DC Public Schools.
