In SchoolMint Enroll 2.5, managing student data from application and lottery to registration is much easier.
This new enrollment software update allows you to follow a student from application to registration — linking the two enrollment processes so that you don’t have to manually track which applications haven’t moved into your student registration process!
Need to add or change a program on a submitted application? We’ve made it easy in this version update.
In SchoolMint Enroll 2.5, you can:
When a guardian or administrator enters the application to make additional program selections — or remove a prior selection — users must rank all choices (old and new) against each other. When the new rankings are updated, the user will be taken to the choice ranking step of the application where the updated rankings are displayed.
And if the guardian or administrator missed a field, no worries: SchoolMint Enroll will require the user to fill out any missing information before they can proceed.
The result? Happier families, happier enrollment staff, and better enrollment data.
SchoolMint Enroll 2.5 features an improvement to the Required field settings, giving admins and guardians distinct field requirements.
Before, if a field was required, it applied to both groups — but not anymore! Now the two settings are distinct from each other and can be set separately, as seen below:
This gives you greater flexibility in form-building, which means your team can fine-tune the enrollment process, resulting in cleaner, more accurate data collection and a better experience for all users.
Here’s a total understatement: communication with families is essential, especially during enrollment season.
That’s why, in SchoolMint Enroll 2.5, we’ve made enhancements to email and text templates, including an improvement to the Forgot Password SMS system that prevents the reset-password URL from breaking.
With SchoolMint Enroll 2.5, several data elements will now allow users to make changes in one year (annual behavior) without having those changes flow across all years (global behavior).
This allows configurations to be unique per year to accommodate managing multiple enrollment years that are open concurrently yet need to behave differently.
